Scheduling of Appointments

• Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your requested service. Please help us to better serve your needs by being on time for your appointment.
• For your convenience, we recommend that pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
• 24 hour notice is required to change or cancel your appointment. A "No Show" charge will be incurred for appointments missed without adequate notice.
• Credit Cards may be required to reserve certain appointments.
• Arriving 15 minutes prior to your spa services is appreciated.
• We would like to accommodate all our guests. Ask about being placed on our pending list if your desired appointment isn't available.

During Your Visit

• Complimentary consultations for any of our services are always available.
• For your convenience, we provide robes prior to your service, as the salon will not be held responsible for damage to your clothing.
• For your comfort during spa services, towels, robes, slippers and a shower are provided. Please bring additional undergarments when having a spa treatment such as a body wrap, etc.

Pricing and Payments

• Menu reflects base pricing and varies based on service provider, length of hair, special effects or additional services.
• Service provider pricing is based on demand, experience and education.
• Gratuity is not included in pricing. For your convenience, gratuity may be added to check, credit or debit cards.
• Services performed at times other than regular hours of operation are subject to a price increase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM/Debit cards.
• A $25 service charge will be added to all return checks.
• No cash refunds. Products may be exchanged with valid receipt. Styling tools may be exchanged within 30 days, with the receipt.
• Coupons and special offers are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed by the specified guest.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be mailed anywhere within the United States.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and must be presented at the time of service.
• Treat your gift card as you would cash. We cannot be held responsible for cards that are lost or stolen.
• Promotional gift cards expire after 1 year and cannot be used toward gratuity.
• Gift certificates that specify services cannot be exchanged for other services, however guests may elect to upgrade services and pay the difference.
